Rooms were clean and smelled good. Staff was very kind. Bathroom clean and towels were clean and smelled great. Pool and gym was nice.
Tv channels were blacked out most of the time. There was a sign posted for two channels but I had four or five that didn't work. Left little to watch.

I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness-there was a dirty cup on the floor, for goodness sake. I almost gave a good review, but then I noticed the rundown state and the unmarked entrance. Clearly, special treatment is not a concept this hotel understands. I expected at least an upgrade for my troubles. Disgraceful!

Quiet and inviting room, perfect base for vacations. Exceptionally comfortable beds and impeccably clean bathroom. What a pleasant staff! Friendly customer care. Very good internet, parking on-site. Very pleasant area, great and ideal location, near to Elyria, OH, Ohio turnpike, and nearby restaurants. A wide array of food options not very far from the venue.
